Sun Exposure

As the Summertime is finish the skin show more damage as we would expect. Sun exposure might be addictive. The sun’s rays stimulate endorphins “happy hormones” that can help reduce stress. That is the easy way to stay addicted. Great skin tan might makes as feeling good, but also shows effect of deep furrows, fine lines around forehead and wrinkles around decolletage and eyes.

It is important to enjoy the summer, but only in the safety way. During the warm weather your skin fights with heat, dehydrations and damaging ultraviolet rays. Too much addiction to sun exposure is related with many dangerous skin diseases.

In order to this action I will present pictures of my client who gave me permission to use her image as example and to make more clear my analysis and observation.

One year ago on the very beginning visits in my Salon, my client asked me to help repair, reverse the damage on her skin. Through regular skin treatments, following prescriptions, my client`s skin improve the appearance.

Because skin has absolutely great and long memory the damage is more than permanently recorded. The one way is taking better care of skin, making sure to drink plenty of fluids, especially water and pick up the right product which help to minimize the damage signs. Important also make sure your product contains broad spectrum sunscreen such Titanium Dioxide, Zinc Oxide, optimal hydration and nourishment. This year we highly recommended physical sunscreen.
